Introduction

This self-assessment toolkit was developed as part of the project Sport Inclusion and Empowerment of Young People with Diverse Background (SPIN Youth), co funded by the European Union. It was developed in conjunction with the project’s overall objectives and goals, in this context impowering youth from diverse backgrounds as young leaders and promote inclusive sports environments is a key focus of the tool.

The self-assessment tool draws from practical learning across the 3-year SPIN Youth project and is designed as an easy to use tool for sports clubs and organisations to reflect together with young people on where they are now and where they want to progress towards.
